How do i dial a mobile phone call to Taiwan from Singapore?

I’m having a M1 mobile phone line, do you guys know what code to dial before the mobile number itself? Thanks!

dial + area code + the phone number

HI,
I think you need to dial 002 (Premier IDD) or
021-886-2(Taipei) -xxxx xxxx
If you are calling a cell phone here, you dial-021-886- *** xxx xxx
(Do not use the “0″)

same as land line if u have the proper mobile number

There are no special rules for dialing mobile phones in Taiwan but there are complications for making international calls from Singapore. It all depends what network your on as to which numbers you dial first. Check out Time Dial
Dialing Taiwan =
Select Singapore as the home location. Then select the network from the selection box marked Singapore. You dont need an area code for mobile phone calls to Taiwan so dont select an area code but select MOBILE from the same selection box (its at the top of the list).
