Hi, I want to make nice aromatherapy eye pillows or sachet for my family this holiday season.

I’ve got the basic tips on how to assemble the bag, and what herbs to include..

My question is, does anyone have tips for perfuming the rice for a long-lasting, strong smell?

i tried pushing it up and anticlockwise but it wont seem to turn either way. any tricks? i know i can get them out of other fittings in my home it just appears to be this one. last time i tried to force it the glass came away and metal stayed in. HELP please
no, the metal isnt stuck in this one yet. the glass is still there.
